Do you have a tutorial how to make these discs without having a sharp frame?

I dont have a tutorial. Flatten a nespresso capsule. Cut in the middle with small scissors (in a kind of star shape, 8-10 small cuts). Then I push it gently over the top of a nailpolish bottle (round shape). Fold to the inside and then you have a perfectly round hole. Make another one, and glue them together.
